Manchester City full back, Bacary Sagna,may be on his way to French team, Toulouse.

The 33 year old could be on the way out for City as Guardiola’s revolution continues. Guardiola has been looking for other younger full backs to fill the position instead. Sagna, a French international, signed for City in 2014, but his contract runs out this summer, so the club may be eager to recoup as much money as possible for the player. He has had 45 appearances for the sky-blues so far.

Toulouse are mid table and are keen to strengthen their squad to progress up the table.

EVIDENCE

Sagna has recently posted a photo on Twitter, with his eyes photoshopped purple, and a statement saying, “For the new year, I see life in purple.”

This would suggest that he is cryptically suggesting a move to a ‘purple’ team, like Toulouse in his native France.
